CPS TR-600 Recovery Machine
A complete project from concept ideation to product launch and production streamlining. With the CPS Tr-600 I designed using inspiration of today's aggressive automotive styling seen through out the world. Streamlined the design , developed further into 2d and then advanced 3d surfacing. Afterwords, surfacing was then developed further for DFM and engineering requirements. Worked directly with Asian plastic manufactures to create ready for production tooling data. I also worked with in house engineering to develop a complete package to successfully match mechanical design with plastic design. Developed through pilot run then into mass production, working out details with production line managers and QA staff. Used 3d presentation renderings to help speed up production artwork on packaging and artwork on user manuals.
