Jon is an award-winning industrial designer with more than 15 years of experience in product design, development, and product program management. His experience includes but is not limited to the development of products within multiple consumer and commercial industries. He has worked in small to global mass manufacturing, E commerce, as well as brick & mortar retail capacities as an industrial design professional.
In a relatively short career, Jon has practice ID, engineering, and UX/UI design with some of the largest publicly traded brands in the world as well as many well known private label brands. They consist of brands such as Office Depot, Motorola, Black and Decker, Jarden Consumer Solutions, and others. His intense passion for innovation and design has cultivated a highly-proficient design and engineering skill set. In addition, it gave Jon the opportunity to grow as a leader in both design management and business.

Jon approaches product design with a solution based holistic method. This approach takes consideration of the many different levels of the product development process as a whole ecosystem. His perspective is that a great design takes care to have a well thought out meaningful solution , great consumer user interface and experiences , finally a well thought out and fiscally appropriate design for manufacturing strategy.
Through out the years of experiences in the R&D industry , Jon has learned that failure to concept and plan for all the different stages separately and as a entire product development ecosystem can lead to cost over-runs , poor vendor relationships and potentially a poor to failed product solution. This discipline affords Jon the ability to properly and purposefully push the envelope with today's most innovative technologies and manufacturing techniques. Some of these technologies include , additive and generative 3D printing , advance injection molding , state of the art C.M.F. solutions, virtual reality (VR) development , etc.
Jon is an active entrepreneur in both business and product design, offering his dedication , ability and vast experience to a number of growing businesses and startups. He also provides consultation to major proprietary software manufacturing brands to assist in their R&D of new product design and engineering programs. This in effect will help shape the landscape of some of the new product development software being released in the near future.

Outside of product development , Jon is a active professional photographer. Embracing his love for cinema, film and photography which propelled him into the creative medium of light, color, motion and emotion. He combines his passion for both photography and Industrial design to create truly immersive experiences and solutions, from landscapes and nature to products and industry.
